A professional Counseling Psychologist and a community action and development specialist who has had various experiences from working with different community development organization. She has previously worked with various organizations on community development. She is the Chief Administration Officer for Peace for Africa and Economic Development, a Non Governmental Organization in Kenya that champions for global peace through economic empowerment of youths. She is the founder of A Million Faces, an organization that identifies a child’s greatest abilities and cultivating those to discover the peculiar bent of the genius in each through education. Through the government of Kenya’s National Cohesion and Integration Commission, she has been trained on Peace building and conflict resolution.
Eddy Oketch Gicheru
An inaugural graduate of the African Leadership
Academy, he is the founder and Director of Peace for Africa and Economic
Development, a Non Governmental Organization in Kenya that champions for global
peace through economic empowerment of youths. At a tender age, he worked extensively with Action
Aid International in the development of the girl child in Kuria District of
Kenya with focus on reproductive health and acquisition of basic education. He
also worked with Equity Bank Limited and later consulted with focus on
pre-university program development for the Bank’s Foundation. Currently
pursuing his Bachelor’s in USA, he is a Global Change maker with the British
Council, a common discussant and panel leader in high profile global forums
such the World Economic Forum on Africa, the May 2012 G8 summit Symposium and
the Clinton Global Initiative University. He is a trained UNESCO International
Youth Peace Ambassador in Penang Malaysia who also consulted for the MasterCard
Foundation head leadership in Toronto Canada on youth entrepreneurship and
engagement strategy.

Daniel Muhwenzi
Daniel is a co-founder and Secretary General of COBURWAS International Youth Organization to Transform Africa (CIYOTA), a non-profit organization that seeks to unite, transform and develop communities in Africa through education, social leadership and entrepreneurship. He is also co-founder and President of Ubuntu Trust Co Ltd, for profit organization that deals microfinance. Born in Democratic Republic of Congo and a native of Uganda, Daniel holds a Bachelor degree in Information Technology from Makerere University. He has had a distinguished career in the Community transformation, Youth leadership, Social Entrepreneurship, Treasury and Environment conservation. In 2010, Daniel was selected as an Unreasonable Institute Fellow, a six weeks institute that attract the world’s most brilliant and promising entrepreneurs who are dedicated to having a globally significant social or environmental impact with their ventures.
Joseph Munyambaza
Joseph co-founded the organization COBURWAS International Youth Organization to Transform Africa (CIYOTA). He is an inaugural graduate of the African Leadership Academy in South Africa. He is a British Council Global Change maker and a fellow at the African Leadership Network. Munyambanza is one of 15 young people chosen to serve as advisors on international education to the UN Secretary General and Gordon Brown, the UN Special Envoy on Global Education. A MasterCard Foundation Scholar studying biochemistry at Westminster College, he is the force behind different youth initiatives to empower and educate young leaders in Congo.
Simeon Ogonda
Ogonda Simeon holds a BA in Philosophy and Political Science with IT from Maseno University. He is a co-founder and volunteer Director at Spring Break Kenya, a youth organization in Kenya. He also has formal workshop, seminar, and conference training, and practical experience on Entrepreneurship and Leadership through SIFE (Now Enactus), Junior Achievement, and BOOST. He is a public speaker and an active contributor in current affairs and an opinion leader in business development trends in the Western tourism circuit through the Kisumu Hotel Managers Group official Blog. He is a change crusader who believes in the positive power of business.
